Once an order has been placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled, so please contact us by e-mail prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
Shipping Policy:
We send all orders via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are processed in 24-48 hours after being received then shipped to you. Orders received on Fridays and on weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Return Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Your satisfaction with all of our products is very important to us. We offer samples/sample packs for you to try our products before you buy full size products. If you have any questions or concerns contact us at info@ranch-organics.com
If your order was damaged by the shipping company, you will have to take it up with the shipping company. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. You must keep all boxes and wrappings as the post office will need to inspect it. Please do not use any products until inspected by the shipping company.
