How do I cancel or change my order?

Please call or email us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order.

 

How long does it take for my package to get shipped?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We generally only ship in the continental United States, but please contact us at info@ranch-organics.com  for further information.

Do you ship in multiple shipments?

We try to ship in one package, but if needed we ship multiple packages, at no additional charge to you.

 

What if I made a mistake entering my shipping address?

Do you have back orders?

If something is back ordered, we will contact you with the date and if you are no longer interested, we will issue you a refund.

The item I want is out of stock.

Contact us if you see an item out of stock. We may be able to still get it for you.

My order was canceled, but there is still a charge on my account. When will this charge be credited back to me?

Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your cards balance.
